Clinical strength training

Our module “Clinical Strength Training” is one of the most comprehensive and in-depth educational modules in strength training, athletic training and rehabilitation. Here you will dive into the world of exercise physiology, muscle physiology and training principles.

Biomechanics and exercise selection

This module takes you deeper into the science of biomechanics and exercise selection, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how forces, lever arms and axes of rotation affect training and rehabilitation. Medical Exercise Therapy

Medical Exercise Therapy (MTT) is a comprehensive and in-depth module that gives you the skills to help patients come back stronger than ever after injuries and surgeries. Through a structured and research-based program, you will learn to guide patients and athletes through the different phases of rehabilitation. From demand analysis and capacity analysis to objective measurements and accurate dosage of exercises, you will develop into an expert in rehabilitation and medical exercise.

Dry needling

The Dry Needling module provides a comprehensive understanding of how needling can be used as an effective tool in strength training, athletic training and rehabilitation. The module explores the different approaches to dry needling, from evidence-based to more experiential. Clinical examination of the musculoskeletal system

This module is the cornerstone of our education and one of the most comprehensive courses in strength training, athletic training and rehabilitation. Here you will gain in-depth knowledge of orthopedic testing and differentiation of various diagnoses, which is crucial to understanding how to best guide your clients in training and rehabilitation.

NMFS movement analysis

In this module, you as a student will receive in-depth and thorough training in functional testing of athletes. NMFS Movement Analysis is a comprehensive tool used by professional sports teams, especially in soccer, in the top divisions of Mexico, Spain and several other major international leagues. The goal is to give you, as a prospective therapist, a solid understanding of how to use research in a critical and effective way to improve the quality of your care. The module is designed to make you a conscious and critical thinker when it comes to distinguishing between good and less good research articles, so that you are better equipped to make informed decisions when dealing with your patients.

Mental training and coaching

In this module, you will delve into the fascinating world of mental training and coaching.

Through a comprehensive and in-depth study, you will learn how to help patients and clients in a holistic way by applying methods and techniques rooted in psychological research and practice. Therapeutic taping

Record Keeping - Your Guide to Accurate and Effective Patient Information

We use the well-known SOAP model and the recognized ICF form for collecting information from patients.
